Five Guys

When I first walked into this place I could already tell how delicious it would be. The workers are extremely helpful and friendly. I absolutely love this restaurant, they have the best burgers and milkshakes I have ever tasted. I would definitely recommend coming here for a good meal, a little pricey but definitely worth the money.

I have been to many 5 guys locations in the New England area and this was the slowest experience I have ever had. I was order number 79 and was by myself, ordering a cheeseburger and regular fries. I waited almost 20 minutes to have my number called, but I noticed many people getting takeout orders in the meantime. I also was very confused when they started calling out numbers ahead of mine when my order was very small compared to others. By the time I received my food they were also calling numbers in the 90's, serving people who ordered about 10 minutes after me at the same time. I recommend calling your order in if you are pressed for time, as they are very unorganized here but I have seen other reviews saying this doesn't help. Staff was very nice and the place was clean, but I've never been so confused by how they choose to serve their customers.

Great quick bite. The price is on the upper end for not a full service restaurant but is definitely worth it. The price can be justified with the quality of the food as well as the portion sizes. The french fries portions are great and peanuts are a nice free addition to your meal. Staff is exceptional and nothing more could be desired. If you are a fan of milkshakes and burgers it is definitely worth a visit.

If you want a good, greasy burger, possibly with greasy onions on it, and a bag full of fries, this is your ticket. Don't come here expecting a lot of healthy options. Servers are reasonably friendly, pricing is okay, and the restaurant is fairly clean. You can gnaw away on Peanuts while you're waiting for your food. Burgers are pretty good tasting, the meat doesn't taste like it's been frozen for ages, toppings are reasonably fresh, and the fries are perfectly tasty. Everything does get cooked right in front of you so you know it hasn't been sitting around under the heat lamp.

I've eaten there a couple of times. The menu offers little, but what's on it is great. Some of the best burgers and fries I've had. Unlimited refills with a touch screen soda dispenser. I usually get the vanilla sprite. The peanuts they offer for those waiting is a nice touch. I only wish they had TV's and more menu items. Tip: Get small fries and a small drink.
