Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Place can be noisy. You are asked if you want some pink or no pink on the hamburger. Most times they are no pink anyway. Hamburger toppings are good. Server was rude and slow. After being sat waited for about 5 to 10 minutes for server who then said I'll be back in a minute. 10 minutes later server arrived. We ordered drinks and then he said what about meals. We stated we wanted to look over the menu, as we didn't want to get drinks after our burgers arrived. Happened before with same server. One minute later he was back, ready to order now. We did place our order , but still no drinks. Just on tap beer. After getting beers and then burgers server never came back until it was time for the check.

As an adult who gets migraines from loud screeching, which can understandably happen at a family restaurant, I'm a parent, i get it, but I LOVE the food here so the fact that I can sit in a bar/ adult only area is amazing. The staff is usually incredible, the burgers (even the high protein guacamole and other stuff on a burger on lettuce Is amazing (no bun) , onion rings, bacon cheeseburger, unlimited refills on root beer floats are all amazing. (they serve a adult version also but I didn't care for it, I'm not a big drinker). UNLIMITED STEAK FRIES!!! yea, steak fries, but chinsey little fries. Great place for a family with kids or date night. They have free baloons too! They list nutritional info on the menu also. Update.(Few months later).. went back today for lunch and greeter was very uninterested is showing hospitality, the waitress smelled like she just came in from a cigarette break (was a good waitress though) the wedgie burger was mostly lettuce (way more than usual) and didn't taste as good as usual. The fries were still amazing. Other person in my party had the "big pig" burger and loved it.

I've been coming to this place for a while and I try to go all over the menu to pick out different things each time I eat here. Well tonight I had the Veggie 🍔 it was Outrageously Good!! You didn't even know you weren't eating beef☺☺

The food is great and the waitress was amazing. However, the host staff in front were terrible. Leaning against the stand, chewing gum like a cow, and just blatantly looking like they are recovering from a massive hangover. We waited 15 minutes and people who came in after us we're seated before us. Then we are told that there is no waiting in the bar section. Meanwhile I went to the restroom and saw at least 7 tables and booths ready for seating. Advice...get new hostesses.

HORRIBLE server!!! Food took forever to come out! Burger was overcooked and onion straws, that I asked be crispy, were undercooked! We frequent this Red Robin but tonight, it was awful! And it wasn't busy at all, we were seated immediately but every course (first the drinks then the appetizer, meal and dessert) took forever. Waitress never came back to check on us. It was just a BAD experience all around! I did not speak to the Manager because my daughter-in-law gets anxious when there is confrontation.
