Smashburger

Wonderful service, food was great, very clean restaurant. We tried the truffle mushroom with Swiss and the classic- both excellent! Chocolate malt milkshake to top it off.

Food was good just came out staggered... You have to keep going up to the register to get a beer which can be annoying if you're trying to eat your dinner. The people I work with had to wait any more minutes to get their food when you're trying to go to the movies it's not a good idea to eat here. Haha

Second time visiting with family , had an issue with food preparation. Notified staff, within seconds manager was at our table apologizing and correcting issue. We received a replacement meal and the purchase price was removed from bill. Although Smash Burger made an error they took responsibility and made it right & gave me my money back with an apology! To the manager and staff in Enfield , CT... job well done ! Five star service and good food.

My cousin and I walked into the restaurant for the first time asking what they had for chicken meals. We were told I could order anything and sub in chicken. So we both ordered "buffalo and bleu cheese" and when we got our meal they had given us both beef. I asked if they could correct the mistake and they then tried to tell us we needed to specify we wanted chicken. Once we explained that we had, she brought our food back to the cook who then began yelling about how we need to make up our minds while we're in earshot of her. Our orders didnt even come out together and when I finally got my meal the waitress slammed the tray down and walked away. After all the rudeness and waiting around, the food wasn't even good. The whole place needs an attitude adjustment! First and last time at smashburger.
