Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I come here a lot. The food is always good. I prefer being seated at the bar (away from children) I’m 21 but sometimes they don’t ask me my age and they seat my boyfriend and I with loud groups of children. One time a kid blew his straw wrapper at me and it was in my hair. His parents made him apologize to me, but sheesh. I wish there was more seating for people who aren’t large groups of children. It seems like when they renovated they wanted more space for these large parties. I understand - they’re good money, but young adults don’t want to be surrounded by at least 3 children’s birthdays. Typically the staff is very nice and our food comes out well. Chris, the bartender, is awesome and always knows my boyfriends parents drinks.

We use to go there a lot but last 3 times we went it wasn't as good as it use to be all 3 times, not even close imo. We kept thinking they just had a bad day but after the third time going back and having really poor food my wife and I decided that the 3rd time wii be the last time we go there!

Ordered a cup of soup and salad for pick up. When I called they told me 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later they told me it was going to be a few more minutes. 30 minutes later I finally got my food. When I asked for an update on my order because it had been over 40 minutes for a soup and salad that I was told would be ready in 20 minutes, I got no apology or acknowledgement for how long I had been waiting. I will not be ordering from them for take out again.

Food was just OK, it filled a need, that being hunger but that was about it. Nothing memorable that'd I'd come back asking for more...

Good food, nice restaurant. Lots of choices excellent French onion soup.
