Used to tip the crew, then the portions started being reduced. Had to increase to a regular size fry to get a comprable amount of fries from back home. All of the sudden no bag fries. Just perfectly filled fry cup. Who pays $5.44 for little to no bag fries?? The Extra Pattie was left off and The Fries were Odd Bits and Ends. Really??? We don't mind paying for higher price items as long as the quality is worth it. The burgers had smaller or thinner patties, still tastes great though. We paid for an extra patty and it was left off? The savings grace here were the fresh veggies. Awww fresh veggies are always a plus. The real disappointing part were the fries, what use to be the greatest part. They are mainly bits and ends, the texture is WAY OFF! It tastes like they've been fried twice, Ewww see photos. Five Guys Management, please let us know when the quality is back, then we'll be back

Always had good food here one of our kids didn’t care for the grilled cheese and we were offered something different at no charge because she overheard her saying she didn’t like it. She declined and we were given a $10 gift card without asking. Super pleasant experience and excellent customer service.

Great food!. Friendly staff!. I'd rather pay more money for better delicious with no additives in the burger. French fries are awesome, like the fact they use peanut oil that is cholesterol free! Dietary restrictions: The Beef is better and digest better!

Very good, a lot less fry's than their normal boatload, surprisingly. And the cashier was interesting. She would YELL "two patties"!!!! Looking back at the crew.. Kind of challenging them to look at her! . No one did... I noticed everyone is line talking about it.Food: 4/5

Usually have a decent meal here. This last time was disappointing. Food was good as usual. Service however was very lacking. Starting with the cashier Jessica B. She gave my son the incorrect change shorting him by 4 dollars. My son is disabled and if I hadn't been there he would never have realized it. When I pointed it out to her I felt that she was rather insincere with her apology of "My bad". I also had to request our milkshakes at the pickup counter. It wasn't busy at that time either as we were 2 of the 5 customers in the place.

Great burgers and superior fries keepse going back again and again. Super cool staff and FREE PEANUTS Food: 5/5

Food is great for fast food. Restaurant is usually pretty clean and well kept. Prices are a little bit high.

OMG, OMG you guys.... Wow! Been too long, way too long! Best burgers on the planet and best fries in the galaxy. Juicy, savory, double bacon cheese burger heaven! Located in a janky little strip mall I wanted to get away from the tourists but once inside all is good. Made fresh to order so don't soil your undies if it takes a little time. Fresh made = delicious and just for you.. Sooo worth it, thanks!

Was there today December 18th at about 1pm. 3 women working and just killing it. 1 at the cash and helping prepare burgers even though there were always 10 people in line, another one on the grill and the third putting the orders together. It was crazy busy and not only was the service WAY faster than you would expect, they actually were pleasant, cheerful and said thank you to everyone when they gave them their orders. Whoever is lucky enough to own this location and have these 3 women working, either give them a good bump in pay or at least a great Christmas bonus! Ps The food was excellent as well, top notch burgers and fries.
