IHOP

No host/hostess at the front and had to wait several minutes before I was seated - no big deal, but foreshadowed the rest of the experience. Place did not look busy - many empty tables/booths. Waitstaff friendly enough and took my order in a short period of time - two pancakes, eggs, bacon and hash browns. Took almost 25 minutes for my food to come to the table. Everything but the pancakes were cold. Pancakes were good however. They offered to make the order over, but didn’t want to wait even longer. In the end, I wasn’t charged for my food I did offer to pay for the pancakes. 1 star for good pancakes, 1 star for recognizing they messed up. Minus 3 stars for the cold eggs, bacon, hash browns and slow service. Used the restroom on the way out. Washed my hands and realized both towel dispensers were empty. No air dryer. Ugh. Will I go back? Not sure.

Waitress was fantastic except we never got one of the children's plates. It wasn't on the bill and we had enough food to feed everyone without it. The hostess was a little off. There where 5 of us. She handed me 2 silverware packets and 3 menus before seating us. It was a little strange. Never had that happen before.Food: 4/5

We went for breakfast. No hostess to seat us. Manager finally seated us after 20 minutes. Waitress was running around. Great waitress but the only one!!! After she took our order we waited almost 45 minutes to receive our food we got updates from the waitress. Stating 2 cooks quit ..and it was not great in the kitchen. Food was mediocre, toast burnt. The waitress tried so hard to get us our food. Kudo to her for not quitting. Will never go back.

Nice place, if a little unorganized as far as seating customers go. None of the staff seemed to be on the same page with how they were taking people's names and seating them. When we walked in the waiting area was full and we didn't see anyone for 5 minutes. Also employees walked by several times without even looking to the front or saying "someone will be right with you". But that wasn't even the worst part. After delivering our food, we barely saw our waitress again. She came out with other tables food, but she never looked our way, or checked in on us. We had to flag her down to get something, only to have her completely forget and we had to flag her down again to get what we wanted.

Pancakes are great but I've seen bigger sausages elsewhere in other breakfast spots! My girlfriend's eggs were undercooked both time!! Kitchen would need some improvement! Our waitress fast super friendly!!Food: 3/5

Unreliable hours, unclean tables, and inconsistent food. We've gone to IHop at this location 6 times. Of those six times we've only been able to eat here twice. They're always closed randomly, not just after one, randomly in the middle of the day! Sometimes there's a note, often not. The first time we ate there it was great. We love IHops food. The second time they got my order wrong significantly - Ordered Strawberry Banana pancakes. Got regular pancakes with a tiny bit of whipped cream. We often had to remind them of other things we ordered. It's just not worth it anymore.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered online and showed up when the order was supposed to be ready. The hostess didn't appear for 10 mins, when she did she said our order wasn't ready even though I could see one sitting on the counter. Gave her my name, she went back and returned saying she couldn't find my order. This went back and for a few times then she finally found the receipt for my order and apologized because apparently they hadn't started it yet. So I walked around for a half hour and when I returned my order still wasn't ready. I showed my receipt to a different employee, they looked in the bag that was sitting there for over 40 mins and said that indeed that is my order. If you want to waste your time for this kind of foolishness go here, your choice!

I went in and first off I wanna say I get being short staff these days nobody wants to work but when I got sat by a lady with a baby I thought maybe its just an employee not working off clock tryna help but then I realized very quickly she was a manager wearing a regular t-shirt Unprofessional, an they way she tells staff find stuff to : do my serve over all was the only reason I’d go back.. Kid-friendliness: Must be if any employee can take their kids with !

Food's not bad, and the service is very ftiendly, but we did get multiple errors on our orders. We didn't say anything cuz we were pressed for time, but be sure to double check your order with the waitress.Food: 4/5

Very packed, but waited about 25minutes to be seated. Our waiter was amazing even though he had to run around due to lack of staff. The food was good but not as good as it used to be.Food: 5/5
