Five Guys

Vikktoria took our order and, honestly, they were amazing. They verified we ordered the right sizes that we intended made sure that everything was specified exactly the way we wanted; they were friendly engaging and worked with a purpose. The store was pretty busy and they were the only one taking orders but they managed to keep a nice flow plus make all the milkshakes. On top of that, the rest of the team working the grills and the fryer had a smile on their face. Everybody was working. I didn't see one person standing around and the store was clean and pleasant as always.

I haven't eaten at this particular location, however I was picking up a door dash order. I'm not sure of his name but the guy working with the rose tattoos on his left forehead arm was sincerely the nicest person. He greeted everyone so kindly when they entered and made sure that the people waiting on their food didnt need anything while waiting. Both gentleman working on this night were awesome and I think their customer service just needs to be recognized publicly. Thank you

The inside was dirty and the staff wasn't good. It was almost $35 for two burgers mine was a plain cheese burger and one large fry. When a diner asks for no salt on the fries, I guarentee it's not to get fresher fries. I'm a heart patient so I have to be careful with my sodium intake. The fries were covered in salt as if the staff dumped half the container on them. I didn't eat them. The burgers were cold and no flavor. All the while I'm hearing the staff talking about how to prepare the burgers like "in the demo video". So I'm guessing they were all new and no supervisor. Our food went in the trash. This place isn't worth it.

I ordered online and even paid a tip, but when I got my food home I found that they got the order weirdly wrong. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with practically everything except pickles, and BBQ sauce. what I got was a double bacon cheeseburger with pickles and BBQ sauce. It’s not that I’m mad about this necessarily, but - WHAT? The two things I didn’t want on my burger - they put on my burger.

Best burger and fries in town. Try yours with grilled jalapeños... I didn't know that was an option... yes please Also, they have a Coke freestyle machine, so many choices.Food: 5/5

The fries and buns were soggy. The service was amazing, everyone was super friendly. Just, nothing was crisp. Although we did come when there was a bit of a rush. Ok. But the soggy food kinda killed it for me.Food: 2/5

Five Guys is obviously delicious, but unfortunately this location seems to always be under-staffed. The folks there are very polite, generous and apologetic about the wait, but definitely come expecting at least a half hour wait.

Really disappointed in this location. Paid for regular fries only to receive a fist full for $5. Everything was burnt from burger and dogs to toppings. Yet cheese was barely melted. Just not the five guys I love.Food: 1/5

Store is always a mess. They never get the order right. The fries are barely cooked. Don't waste your time because they do NOT care about your food or service!

Satisfying tasty burgers with lots of toppings. Fries are crunchy on the outside and pillowy on the inside, yum!
