Was rudely told this was the normal portion of rice. Added tomato to the bowl when we didn’t ask and then told us if we wanted it fixed we needed to go to the back of the line and wait again.

I came to your store to order some food with my husband for our kids. Your manager insisted that my husband said I wanted corn on my daughter's burrito bowl, to which I said he didn't, so she started taking the corn off instead of remaking the dish. I told her that she can't just take the corn off, she has to remake the dish, because that is a food handlers protocol and she could've been allergic to it. She refused and said that I had to leave. So, we left very upset at the way your manager handled it. A manager would keep calm in any situation and know the customer is right and follow proper food handling protocol. We are sorry to say we won't be back. Please have your manager retake her food handlers license.

This place is usually great but there has been several times their guacamole seems frozen. The texture is almost like shaved ice and it's flavorless. They've also completely left the steak out of my online order. They're not huge issues but I've never had issues at any other locations.

I love chipotle. It is one of my favorite go-to meals. I feel like this location is pretty easy to get in and out of. The store itself is small so it is easy to feel crowded. Food always seems fresh.

This has not been a good location for me. On one occasion they got my meal mixed up with someone else's so I got all the way home only to realize my order was completely wrong. The big downside is the portion sizes here. I barely get a half scoop of chicken, and the beans are usually skimped as well. The cheese is places into one spot so I get one giant melted cheese ball. Portion sizes are shrinking but the prices are increasing. It's a shame I spent about $20 on two bowls with maybe 4 oz of chicken. My money was spent in mostly brown and white rice.

Chipotle use to be known for their giant burritos and overflowing bowls. Now you’re lucky if the bowl is half full. $15.61 total for a bowl with double sofritas and guacamole, and it’s barley half full. Plus the flavor is so inconsistent.

Last time I order here didn't even try to swap it out for anything better because they didn't have anything else fresher than this he said it's really dark not fresh like i usually get I'm very disappointed

We love Chipotle, but this location was FILTHY. No clean tables, debris everywhere, and the bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floors. I can’t help but wonder what’s happening behind the scenes if the front of the house is so unkept.
