It's getting a 4 start only cause it's in a ruff area OTHERWISE they were quick, the food was great! The best spicy chicken I have had from a Wendy's in YEARS!! The staff was polite, professional but friendly. It's my go to Wendy's from now on.
We placed a large online order for our family while we were at the amusement park. It was ready in minutes, the guys were quick and friendly! Everything was delicious and we were able to get back to having fun! Thanks so much!
Where's the beef!? Service sucked, was just after noon Saturday. 1 management stacking sandwiches and 1 person at drive thru passing out bags. 1 person cleaning lobby and restocking cups, cleaning checking on customers, doing a great job. But 3 or 4 young kids standing around in the kitchen and behind counter looking at girls. 8 to 10 people waiting in line to get order put in. I had to interrupt management to ask for someone to take order, after several customers left, tired of waiting. Fire the kids that don't work and quit hiring every warm body that applies. Be sure to tell them why they were fired and fight unemployment. Only way to teach work ethic to some people.
The employees there are alwayssmiling and helpful...and their chicken nuggets are FIRE!!! I tried them for the first time tonight and wow....delicious and juicy!! Everything we got was hot and fresh!! I love this Wendy's for a reason!! Because of the good attitudes and fresh food!! Nice job guys The managers there are also very nice and have good attitudes as well!!
I come here often for their Frontier, the new strawberry flavor is quite to my liking. A bit too sweet for some. They're rather quick at this location in comparison to other stores.
Things have gotten better here. I visit this particular restaurant twice a week. You do get service with a smile. I have not spent my whole lunch period waiting for my meal in a while. The store is usually clean.

The fries are always white hot TOO hot and UNSALTED. I cannot stress enough that they do not salt their fries or they salt too little and they are bland and flavorless and sad. Somtimes it takes an upwards of 5 minutes JUST to have somebody start taking my order at the drive thru speaker. If you see there are more than 2 cars in the drive-thru, go somewhere else because theres a 90% chance you will be waiting in line your entire lunch break. There is an older woman who takes my order frequently and she is very rude and has nothing to say besides "is that all?", and obviously wants nothing to do with customers. The kids who are trained at the registers don't have the courtesy to ask if I would ever like a receipt, half of the time just expecting me to drive away without one. The people at the second window just give you your food and shut the door, no "thank you," "have a good day", "your welcome", no nothing. They just hand it to you after you wait for forever with not even a smile and shut the window. Terrible customer service, long wait times, expensive and lackluster food quality. I have never had a good experience in all my years living in the area. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because its the closest Wendys in my area.

Dining room doesn't open until 9am. However, it's 9:45 am and it's still locked. This is probably one of the worst ran Wendy's location in KC. Some customer service manners would help as well. Customer says thank you at both window 1 & 2, a "you're welcome" at a minimum should be made.
