Five Guys

It has been a while since I've been to Five Guys. The service was good and the place was clean, but the food is insanely expensive for what it is. I could have gotten a better shake twice the size for the same price from Graeter's, Rita's, and many other places. Furthermore, the bacon on the burger was not good; I think it was overcooked, but regardless, it just wasn't good.

The I ordered the Little Cheeseburger, little fry, regular Coke, and a small chocolate shake which cost about $24. To me is was a bit pricey. The burger was tasty, but the bun was cold, not sure what was up with that.Food: 4/5

Worst experience ever!! Went to the Bethel Road store with 6 people. The cashier screwed up the order. Then after 15 minutes the food I was told was our was given to someone else. After 25 minutes I asked why it was taking so long and a young girl making the food starts yelling at me for being impatient after $25 minutes! Then the manager had to tell this crazy girl to stop yelling at me, THE CUSTOMER! Then realized we were missing items the cashier has missed and the manager said she should refund the screwed up items. Nope. Made me pay for them, another $25. Will never Ever go back and calling corporate. No excuse to yell at customers for your mistakes, especially in front of a whole restaurant full of people!!

I hadn't eaten at a 5 Guys in a couple years and WOW..They raised the prices ALOT! The cheeseburger was good but not $11 good. $30 for 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Probably won't be back.

It's typical Five Guys food overpriced but very good. My only gripe is that the guy making the fries sometimes puts a little too much salt on them. Otherwise it's still good for what it is.Food: 4/5

Solid burgers, bacon is super crispy and fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Really love the raspberry tea too! Ordered a little burger but the portion fills you up. Burger was a little soggy but it didn't affect the taste just some dripping that's a little annoying.

I picked up an order here in Dublin, they offer free peanuts, that's a first for a burger establishment. Oh the floor was crazy slippery is that burger grease or fry oil u mopped the floor with? Lol

My whole family loves this place. The burgers and fries are fantastic and the people are always friendly. Dietary restrictions: One of my daughters is allergic to chicken, eggs and corn. This is one of the few restaurants where she can eat.
