Wendy's

This Wendy’s has been so slow forever. Besides that, I just ordered a wrap and there’s hardly anything in it. It’s not wrapped correctly or in the right packaging. It’s old, bottom of the barrel chicken. This is so lazy. Definitely not what I paid for. Edit: the day after Went from 2 to 1 atar. I stopped by again today just to get a salad because it’s hard to screw that up and they are 2 minutes from me. I got a southwest avocado salad. You know what’s not on my salad? Avocado. I mean seriously.

See in attached picture the burger I was served was pink and very undercooked. Drive thru service was fast . Good thing the burger is always fresh and never frozen to raise my chances of getting e coli!Food: 1/5

They got my order wrong twice - 1st time I was given a hamburger instead of a BLT Chicken sandwich. Then I got the chicken sandwich without the requested cheese. The Chicken sandwich itself was good - standard Wendy's quality. Service was poor - not attentive and dismissed my question re: the sandwich with a hamburger wrapper. I had to bring back the open sandwich to get someone's attention. Drink kiosk was not functional and no one came over to help even though they saw me trying to get a drink. Atmosphere - there were loud arguments between staff in the kitchen which could be heard in the dining room for quite a while. I was there on 10/11/22 from about 4:15pm to 5:45pm.

They always give me wrong food after 11:00pm, I consistently get spicy chicken even though I’ve never asked for it, or they’ll give me beef even though I only ask for chicken. Never have had a problem during the day when it’s busy but when I’m the only one in the drive through they consistently mess up my food.

I am a big fan of Wendy's, but the 749 Bethel road location could use a change of staff. Fries were cold, they were out of Chocolate Frosty and so they didn't give us anything at all. I waited quite a while at the counter just to ask about it and they said they forgot to tell me they were out and offered a strawberry. We were the only ones eating in the dining area and I think the employees forgot we were there. They loudly discussed drug use and robbing churches in between throwing around expletives. Not a fan of this location.

Service at this location is terrible! The later you go the worse it is. The cashier was super friendly but the other crew were rude af.. I added a jr bacon at the window and the manager or whatever made a huge hype over it. They weren’t even that busy. If I’m paying for it why does it matter? It was on single burger lol. Then they had the nerve to forget an item. This location is awful!

Person that started waiting on us was rude didn't smile could hardly hear her. Food wasn't made to order and the food was cold. They had no brewed tea soda machine didn't work. We will never go back and I will let Wendy's corporate knowFood: 2/5

I asked for a spicy crispy chicken sandwich, with pickles added, and the new strawberry frosty. What I received was a soggy, bland chicken sandwich with no pickles. The chicken seemed like it was cooked an hour ago. The person running the drive through handed me the bag and I had to remind them about my frosty. I will no longer get food here or support this Wendy’s location in any way. My experiences at this location have gotten progressively worse over the years, and now the food is not worth the money.

Horrible experience person at the drive thru acted like she didn't want to provide service. My food was cold and condiments I requested were missing absolutely unacceptable
