Flagship Towing And Automotive Center

AAA pushed service call to Flagship. 3.5 hours later than still hadn't shown up or called. They told AAA it would be another 1.5 hrs. They used to be a decent town truck company.

I worked there i came to the area from tampa so i could be closer to my gf . i was promised alot of things from flagship and none of it happened. So from the workers stand ponit they are bad as well .

This is the AAA towing for the area I was stranded in Venice. They towed my car to their shop and couldn't diagnose the problem that day (as they said they would and I think is also AAA policy). I had to rent a car and was called the next morning. Was told the code came up as needing a crank shaft sensor and throttle body cleaning. I was hesitant to allow the throttle cleaning as my boyfriend said it probably isn't necessary at a cost of $157.00 . I did it though because I thought it was called for. Picked up the car and it now had the service engine light on and based on the receipt, the throttle body cleaning was NOT detected as a necessary code but recommended by the mechanic. When I asked about the service engine light, the mechanic became nasty and belligerent. Among other things he stated "ya just can't make some people happy!"...what? I am unsure whether the cleaning was even done. I would not recommend this shop.

Horrible customer service! They towed my car off of I75 after an accident without incident. I was ok with the $4 per mile charge plus the standard fee. The total was over $200. Again, no problem with this. The problem is when I just called to find out if my car was picked up by Hyundai to be towed to their repair shop. The guy on the phone said he could not confirm for me unless he charges me a few to go to the lot to check because the lot was next store! When I questioned this he actually hung up on me. I called back to ask again only to be hung up on a second time. Simply horrible customer service.
