I took our 2015 Journey there because the struts sounded wore out and the vehicle was pulling hard to the right and I wanted the tires rotated and balanced. The tech could not duplicate the strut sound. I was told my alignment was correct, but a camber bolt set was needed to correct the pull. I was told it would costs $100 and the price for alignment. When we arrived the price changed to $160 plus the alignment. The service adviser was a jerk when we asked why the price change. 1 week later when washing the car I noticed I have a 8 inch scratch on the painted rim. I question if the tires were balanced because 1 tire shakes. Now 5000 miles later the front outer edges of my front tires are bald. Apparently the alignment was not done correctly and it cost me 2 new tires and an alignment to correct the mess. I took the car to Lake Wales and the tech diagnosed the strut noise as needing a special grease to quiet the poor manufacturing design. I will never return to this dealership for service.

Best car purchase experience ever, we went in on a Saturday afternoon and the dealership had other customers but it was no hassle, no noise and no shifting from one person to the other until our deal was done, Ciro was a great salesman, we kept them past their closing time without feeling rushed. I did this review over a year ago when we bought a Pacifica and forgot to post, I recently bought a Durango after calling Ciro, he had everything taken care of upon my arrival at the dealership along with getting the SUV from another dealer and the deal was completed within 45 minutes, again the best experience ever.

Slow, slow,slow made an appointment for a software update, an hour later still sitting here. Made to appointment so I could get in and get out. Also they will not make appointments for oil changes or new tires. Its first come first serve here. So if time is important don’t bother coming here.

Outstanding service - don't nickel and dime you to death. Very friendly and willing to help you. Our truck was not purchased here - came from Canada - still gave us great service!! Neat clean waiting room. Appreciate great service from Margie and Mark
