I had sleeves done on my gsr block and dropped a sleeve. And tried to talk to them and said cause the step deck wasn't done with them. Pretty much not my problem now I got a 1000 dollar paper weight. Also told me that the reason it fell was because of bore and hone. Like really and oil and coolant mixed clearly a sleeved dropped.
