A friend recommended this place because I've been experiencing some heel pain since I started the Women Can Run walking clinic. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was blown away by the customer service and knowledge of the staff. They assessed my feet and explained what was causing the pain. It was the best customer service that I've had in a long while.... and was never pressured to buy any additional items. I truly believe they had the health of my feet in mind the entire time.

Just bought a new pair of running shoes not knowing what I needed. I told Earnest about my shin splits that I get easily and he took time to really evaluate what I need and even explained the WHAT and WHY behind everything. I loved the personalized attention. Will definitely be back!

I've been having plantar fasciitis issues and went in to purchase a sock specifically for this condition. When they found out I had this, Everyone in the store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about this condition. They all gave me much needed advice and were all so friendly. I went back later and purchased insoles and Oofos shoes. I will definitely go back again!
