I was able to visit the gym and give it a try before signing up. Unlike some other gyms, i was able to use my credit card for my monthly fees. Hello cash back or points! And clean fresh towels every morning. Love NLRAC!

Let me start by saying this is a nice facility. My daughter very much enjoyed her summer camp experience. With that said, the customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. It's impossible to reach the person you actually need to speak with regarding accounts. I've been given nothing but the run around for 4 months about a passed due account. Come to find out, they are charging me for a week of summer camp, when the camp was not actually in session. I can't get one person to answer any questions about this, instead have gotten emails threatening to suspend my account if I don't pay. This kind of customer service really makes me question whether or not I want to be a member of this club. It's rather unfortunate. UPDATE: Charlie was great! He really saved this experience and I'm grateful because this is a nice facility and we can't wait to become members.

I love that they have classes. They have a large variety of equipment and other things like a hot tub, sauna, steam room, swimming pool and personal trainers. The staff is very helpful

A great place. Plenty of equipment. Enjoyable experience for me.

Very nice place to work-out! All amenties. Pretty sure 1 day passes are available. Worth a call if you are traveling and need a break.
