Floortech

We had a wonderful experience with Floortech. I recommend calling the store to speak with staff to coordinate appointments/installation. They provided lots of flexibility to schedule. Once in store, they helped provide great insight into helping me match my preexisting carpet. Install went smoothy and looks great!

Went to the store the week of August 21st and spoke with the owner. He scheduled me for a measure and estimate that week on the 24th at 11am. On the 24th when moon rolled around and he hadn’t shown up we called him and he said he looked at his calendar wrong but could come later in the afternoon. It was unprofessional but I try to give grace because accidents happen. A week went by and I never received a quote for the jobs so I emailed him to make sure I hadn’t missed it, he said I would have the quote in a day or two. My dad also got quotes for his home on august 24th. Another week went by and no quotes so my dad emailed this time and the owner assured him that he would send out a quote the next day. Now here it is October 6th and we have never received a quote despite emailing his two additional times. These were no small jobs so their business probably is loosing at least 65k at this point. Don’t waste your time on Floortech in greenwood !!

Reasonable pricing, great selection, and EXCELLENT customer service! After a pipe burst in our basement, Floortech helped us replace our flooring. They worked with our insurance company to make sure we were getting fairly compensated. The salesman helped us find beautiful, quality flooring in our price range no hassling involved!. We liked it so much that we decided to replace the carpet in the main level with the same hard flooring. Installation was completed in ONE DAY, and it was done better than the original! The installation crew was polite and did a great job of cleaning up when they finished. We will definitely go back when we replace the carpet in the upper level of the house.

We had the flooring replaced in our house, and the guys did a fantastic job! The price was very reasonable, even when they ran into issues that probably should've been fixed by the last homeowners. The crew did really great workmanship and didn't cut any corners a rare find these days!. We would definitely recommend them! Update: It's been a few months, and this is still the one project we've done where our desires and standards were exceeded. We love our floors!

Wonderful - we've used Floortech on two different occasions for carpeting and hardwood flooring for our home and have been very pleased both times. The floors look beautiful. In the store, they were very helpful while we were making our decisions without being pushy. Jeremy and Jeff were great with communication, very professional and polite, and responded quickly to our questions. The workers did an excellent job with installation. They were always prompt and respectful, got the work done quickly, and cleaned everything up before leaving. Thank you!

Was looking to replace the flooring in our house which was there when the house was built. It has become stained and we were tired of cleaning it over and over. Went to the Floortech store and found a vinyl plank floor we liked, being waterproof since we have dogs. Got their quote. Checked around and comparatively shopped. They beat all the other prices. The crew showed up Monday to install at 8:30am. By 7pm just about 1200 square feet of flooring was installed, with the old flooring being removed and disposed of. The crew was courteous and professional the whole time they were there. I would recommend Floortech for your flooring needs. We will returning for carpet for the bedrooms in the future. We had new carpet installed in the basement and vinyl plank upstairs. It looks amazing and we are very pleased with the job Floortech did. They are very professional, easy to work with, and willing to go above and beyond. Thank you Floortech! We certainly will use you again in the future and I've already recommended you to a couple of neighbors.

Had carpet in master bedroom and master closet replaced after a closet system was installed. We had worked with Floor Tech on a basement install previously and decided to go with them on our bedroom installation. Jeff is extremely easy to work with. He gave us some ideas to save money while still getting a good installation. He also worked around our schedule for scheduling the job and never felt rushed to get the closet completed so that the carpet could be installed. Steve; their installer, and his helper did an outstanding job with both our basement and bedroom installations. Steve is professional, very friendly and conscientious with his installations. Everything was completed perfectly and with outstanding workmanship. When they finished, they cleaned up so well that you couldn’t tell they were even there. Highly recommend Floor Tech.

Jeremy and his crew are amazing. We got all new flooring for our 1,900 sq ft home - Shaw carpet and luxury vinyl plank. We love it! Floortech went out of their way to be sure that we were pleased. We will definitely use them again!

Floortech provided excellent customer service and communicated with us every step of the way during a recent flooring overhaul. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions in a timely manner. The installation crew was clean, respectful, and experienced. Overall we had a great experience with Floortech and would recommend them to anyone!
