I don't usually write a review. I felt the need to express my gratitude to the women Arnez not sure of the spelling, however, we were in need of a casket spray this morning because we had forgot to order it yesterday. My husband called her at 8:10am to ask if she could make this last minute request happen, she did! The service viewing started at 9am, and the casket spray was delivered at 9:15am like she said. She created a beautiful spray and we are forever grateful to Floral Expression of Harlem!!!

Called at 10 am to order a bouquet for a wedding proposal needed by 3pm. The man says yes we can do this, then later calls back arguing with me about the last minute request. Horrible attitude. Clearly they don’t value mutual respect at this establishment. If you can’t do it, say so.

Very unprofessional. I called to order a Wreath for a funeral. The gentleman placed me on hold for about a minute. Then came back to say I’m sorry we’re very busy and hung up the phone. I called back and I said did you hang up by mistake and was told no and to call back some other time. I understand your busy but how about ask me to come into the store, shop the website or simply place me on an extended hold. They just lost a customer.

We ordered over $500 in flowers for my brother and sister-in laws wedding. We showed them a picture of the bridal bouquet as well as bridesmaids bouquet and did not get what we asked for the bouquets were all skimpy and not worth the money we spent. When I went back to the florist to attempt to get it rectified, they were not very willing, explaining that the picture I showed is what I got. I was very disappointed & had a extremely disappointed bride. Never again will I purchase from them for such an event:

I needed a floral arrangement for a funeral at the last minute. I found this florist just down the block from the funeral services. I went in, made my selection, and this BEAUTIFUL arrangement was delivered in 30 minutes. You would have thought I ordered this arrangement days in advance- it was so beautifully presented!!!!!! Thank you sooo much and would definitely recommend!

horrible customer service. rude staff on phone. refused to email a receipt. first they said they couldn't do it then they said it would take a few days for e-mail to be sent! isn't this 2016? Then when I tried to cancel the order and they I couldn't cancel it without coming into the store. I tried using them for a wake happening in Harlem because I was looking for a local business with roots in the neighborhood. Never again. I'm sure they're not the only local flower shop...

I came in right before closing, and had no idea what I was looking for. They were beyond kind and helpful, and answered all my silly questions without making me feel rushed. The flowers I ended up with were gorgeous, I also got little potted tree, and they told me all about how to take care of it. I will be returning there in the future, and would recommend them without reservation.

This florist has anchored the corner of 135th and Adam Clayton Powell jr Blvd for over 40 years. The flower selection is actually quite limited, therefore you rely on the artistic experience of these interesting seniors who are former educators and can design an amazing bouquet for your ultimate pleasure. The cost here is affordable and best of all the establishment is open on Sunday's.

I just called this shop with the hopes of having flowers delivered and the person was barely comprehendible. Spoke way too fast and rushed. When I asked that he repeat himself and said I didn’t understand, the exact words to follow, with a tone that screamed annoyance were “What do you want?”. Really? Thanks for showing you have no customer service etiquette and I’ll happily spend my money elsewhere. The Nerve!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional, worst customer service that I ever had, dirty facility upprepared on the products they have, I went in for wedding flowers and was told to count when asked if they was able to do all flowers. My wedding is an important day and was turn away once the guy who was working on flowers answer my two questions rudely as if I was a bother !
