SCAM!!! Ordered delivery flowers for 14 of February. Flowers were not delivered and nobody answered for the cell phone number.

I placed an order for flowers for $314.00 for a big wreath of flowers for a funeral. I live in another state I arrive at the funeral and the flowers look NOTHING life the flowers I placed an order for. It was so small and DID NOT look like the photo for what I ordered. I was honestly embarrassed by what I seen. I am very unsatisfied with the work that was done and the false advertisement! Pick another florist to work with!! Run for the hills

Not even 1 star. Terrible experience. Not a quality florist. Look at streetview of address to confirm. should have done so before ordering Paid $88 for deluxe arrangement depicted online and extra for a balloon which did not arrive. No comparison between what was delivered at 8:00 pm vs. what was ordered. Flowers delivered included 3 roses, an ornamental cabbage, dead brown leaves and fake berries vs. the green leafed, vibrant arrangement of multiple roses, lilies, mums, etc. depicted online. It looked like a $5 fall bunch, not even as nice as what can be picked up at Trader Joes. 2 days of emails and phone calls to make contact with owner, Vinny. On 3rd day, rather than applying a discount or refund, he offered to send his driver to pick up the arrangement in order to refund my credit card. As with other reviews, he will most likely respond to this by saying there was a misunderstanding, etc. But after multiple calls and emails with him directly, it was clear he had no intention of operating like a reputable business person.

My Fiance ordered the "Inspired Blooms" arrangement for our 5 anniversary, all white with a red heart balloon everything totaled close to $100. When i received the arrangement it had a big yellow smiley face balloon attached to the flowers... NOT OK... They never even reached out to him to ask if it was ok to do this swap. A romantic gesture became a bit of a joke. Also they were out of spray roses so they substituted those for regular roses, this would be fine if all of the roses that they used were not old.... meaning they were all opened and are starting to die after less than one day. Again no call to ask if this substitution was acceptable. Once I sent a photo to my fiance he called them and the person that he spoke to was less than helpful, they only offered to credit him for the wrong balloon and didn't even bother with the sub-par old roses.... Unbelievable! They turned a pleasurable experience into a really horrible one. They will never get our money again and I advise anyone else to use a different florist, we have MANY great ones in Harlem.

Ordered flowers over the phone for 2 very special administrative assistants for their work commitment over and above that required for the positions. Delivered to an address in Washington Heights for a very small delivery charge. The arrangements were exquisite, beautifully arranged, full, fresh and reasonably priced ordered just the basic size; perfectly elegant flowers. The gentleman with whom I spoke promised the arrangements would be enjoyed; he obviously takes pride in his work.

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my sister - one that looked like it was made primarily of two colors: orange and pink, and primarily made of two different flowers. The arrangement that arrived looked nothing like what was advertised - all different colors and 4-5 different types of flowers. I understand that specific flowers aren't always available, but then they should not be advertised as so. Disappointed.

THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST FLORIST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! They accepted the payment for an order and promised a delivery date when their business isn't open. Waiting to see how easily the refund process goes. Monday morning 8:35am no one is answering the phone? does this business really exist? 8:45am 09/18/2017 called the number 20 times since the posted business hours and there's still no answer.

Thank you Harlem Florist for helping me get my friend her flowers. Living in Germany and not knowing the area you helped me get my friend a beautiful flower arrangement. Your customer service rep was cheerful and very helpful. I highly recommend using them for you florist needs.

failed to deliver flowers on the date specified on the order. Placed an order online a week in advance, and got the confirmation the order went through. Delivery date comes and nothing was delivered or even attempted. Completely disappointed and moment ruined. I cannot recommend a business that fails to deliver on their promise.

Such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. We have sent flowers through this little shop and received flowers sent by others. In all cases the service has been friendly and fast. The flowers are fresh, varied, and beautiful. They use different flowers so the arrangements are a little out of the ordinary; a pleasure to give and receive.
