ms. tyrenna was extremely helpful in admissions as well as friendly. I'm taking electrical and their schedule is perfect for my work life balance and cost of attendance was extremely affordable to go to school here. Brian and Roy were also very helpful, informative and friendly.

i had a great experience here at FTC Deland, the faculty were great and supportive and positive as well. They helped me with career choices, they always made sure students had a good time here. Mrs Tyrenna Gonsalves associate director of admins helped and was always there to talk when i needed to talk to someone about certain things. But overall i had a great experience here.

I got accepted into USF, but none of my Florida Technical College credits were applied towards my degree. Therefore, going to Florida Tech was a waste of money. I had to start over at a community college just to get into USF. UCF and USF have agreements with local community colleges to accept all students that finish their AA degree. Plus, community colleges are way cheaper than private schools like Florida Tech. My advice is to just go to a community college, especially if you plan on going to a University or Medical school/Grad school. UPDATE: I recently graduated from USF and I decided to follow up. Low and behold I see that Florida scam school has responded and reported my post as spam in an attempt to hide the truth. The accreditation that respected schools have is from the sacscoc, if you google it you can search their database for all schools accredited by them in the South. If you follow my advice and attend a school on that list you won’t have a problem transferring your credits. Good luck and FYI most of the 5 star reviews are fake.

Current student at FTC....... as far as the financial aid part it is all a joke and scam I have delt with so much back and fourth and nothing is never handled in a timely manner!! The school is very pushy and says they understand life and this and that but really just want your money I would never send someone to this school or tell them about it. I have watched so many students drop out due to all the BS.
