Flowers By Ramon

I grew up in Lawton, but we don't live in Lawton so we ordered live azaleas from flowers by Ramon in lawton. I wanted a live plant because "a cut flower only dies". Less than two weeks later and the plant is dead. My mom threw the dead plant away. Why keep it??? Went to Flowers by Ramon today. Owner/manager wouldn't come out from back but said without the dead plant, there's nothing they can do. Funny, our information was in their computer from our order over the phone. Sight unseen and with trust, we spent $80 on the plant. Happy 81st birthday mom! Sorry-after our embarrassing service, we went Scott's House of Flowers and mom picked a beautiful plant for her birthday. She cried when we got home she was so happy. I will not recommend Ramons. They used to be great but from what I've read and experienced...not any more!

Ordered flowers the day before, special occasion of Valentine's and they charged my debit card that day, and the flowers were never delivered. I would not recommend Or rely on Ramon's if you're intention is to brighten someone's important event or special occasion. Thank you Ramon's for poor service! David Harrison and Loretta

Would have been nice if the card was attached to the flowers I had sent. When the recipient called to find out who they were from they refused to verify based on policy. This is fine had they been sent anonymously but they weren’t they just failed to attach the note I requested.

Great gift selections, wide variety of beautiful flowers and delicious chocolates to add to any gift! Very nice and helpful staff
