As a wedding photographer, I have had numerous brides who have found their wedding gowns at Flutter & who have all gushed about their wonderful experiences! I have also worked with Flutter on a number of styled shoots and they always provide such gorgeous dresses that perfectly fit the different styles of our wedding shoots! So great to work with! I scheduled an appointment with Flutter Bridal and I ended up finding my dress the day before. Knowing that they would charge my card if I did not cancel on time, I called them. Multiple times. Even left them a message after attempting to call like 8 times at least. They only cancelled the appointment hours later and ended up charging my card $25. I will never recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

Flutter is an excellent wedding boutique, with a unique selection of bridal gowns and wonderful staff. The one-on-one attention I received was unlike any other bridal appointment, and made me feel cared for. I would recommend Flutter to all my friends!

What a gorgeous store! My mom and girlfriends all flew in for the weekend, the the girls at the store were so kind to us. It was such a fun experience, and we found the perfect dress. The store really made us feel appreciated and special, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a "wow" dress that will make your wedding day absolutely perfect!

Awful. If I could put zero stars I would. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding, and I was very excited about getting our bridesmaid dresses from here. We all went together to get measured and pick out the style we wanted, and the consult measured each of us and provided her recommendations for sizes. She highly recommended that I get a size 2, but that seemed extremely small, so I ordered a size 4. However, when I got the dress it barely zipped and the fabric was pulling significant in the butt and hip area. I was incredibly disappointed, and shocked given that I ordered a size up than what she recommended. I fortunately saved my receipt which had my measurements recorded, and I saw that she put down 25 inches for my waist...which seemed pretty much impossible for me. So I went to a different bridal store and was measured, and confirmed that my measurements were indeed incorrect. The owner still would not budge on helping me find another option for a dress. Fortunately a different bridal store sold me a sample bridesmaid dress and we made it work. I was shocked at their poor customer service, and would highly discourage any future bride from using them. It is obvious they have issues measuring, and disappointing they will not admit their mistake and help someone out with only two weeks until the wedding...especially when they received business from all 8 of us bridesmaids. There are so many other awesome bridal stores in the Twin Cities, that have wonderful consultants and customer service..this is NOT one.
