Posh Bridal Couture

What an awesome store! We went shopping on May 26, 2018 for my daughter's wedding dress. When we arrived, Alex our consultant sat down and talked to my daughter for about 15 minutes about her wedding, plans etc. After putting my daughter in only three dresses, Alex brought out the perfect dress. My daughter put it on and knew it was the one! Not only was Alex amazing and helpful but all the staff we came in contact with made us feel as though they were willing to do anything it took to help us find a dress. Thank you Alex and Posh for making this Momma and her bride daughter very happy!

Posh Bridal is amazing! My consultant Natalie knew exactly what I wanted and I ended up picking the second dress I tried on. I went back and got a veil and earrings from them as well. All the staff are so friendly and kind. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Posh! They made me feel like a queen through the entire process. They were conscious of my budget and never pressured me into purchasing anything. I would highly recommend this boutique!

I had an amazing experience. I'll be honest I spent more than I hopped but I still stayed in budget. The dresses are beautiful and there's a good variety. In addition, the store had plenty of sample sizes for curvier ladies like me, unlike other stores where the samples were mostly 6's aka a size 2 or 4 street. I went on a Sunday and did not feel rushed or pressured to buy. In addition, my consultant really listened to what I wanted and took the time to get to know me and the party I brought. I felt special and pampered. I highly recommend booking an appointment here and also highly, highly recommend Barb as a consultant she was beyond fabulous.

I ordered a dress which came 3 weeks before my wedding, when my dress came it came my size but the wrong color. That’s when they told me not to worry, because they had another one except in white so they will send it back overnight and flip-flop it. After the Weekend past and my dress came 2 days later; that was a week and a half before my wedding and it came except this time, it was the right color but a size bigger. In the front it was open on the dress (which I knew that when I picked it out and they told me they would be able to close it the way I wanted) but now When I went to alterations they said they can only do an inch and cover it up with lace; which I did not like. They reassured me and told me not to worry, at this point I didn’t know what to do or think so I went with them and that Wednesday when I received my dress went straight to alterations. I asked for a backup dress just in case which they are reassured me that they will give. Now the next day I contacted Annikas Bridal because I needed a dress and I needed it now and told me they will be able to order me a dress overnight in my size. I went the next day to get my money back from Posh and they said no, I asked to get another dress instead then they said you would have to pay for this dress and you would have that other dress as well and said that my dress well be than done 2 days before my wedding, when it was supposed to technically be done if they “didn’t mess up on the two orders” I would of had it a week before my wedding, which they told me that it happens all the time and that brides get their dress a day before their wedding; right no bride wants their wedding dress a day or two before their wedding. Not only did they mess up my order twice they lied about having a backup dress for me. The manger than tried to make me feel at fault and tried to cover up her mistakes. I came back for my second fitting and the dress was so tight I couldn’t breathe and my chest was all out and they were trying to tell me it’s fine, I than told her to put the dress to the original size and they told me they need two weeks to do it after I said no they had it done 4 days like they were supposed to and funny thing is it was still tight on me, all she did was release the dress a little. After all I ended up going to Annika’s bridal boutique; after I told them what horrible experience I had at Posh they worked with me so everything would be okay. If I could go back I would never order from here, my only regret was not ordering from Annika’s bridal in the first place. Please when picking out a dress with them consider all your options first.

Completely listened to what we were looking for. Was not pushy. Energetic and you could tell she wasn’t looking for a sale but wanted to give a fantastic experience. Would highly highly recommend.
