UNFORTUNATELY THIS PLACE CLOSED DOWN!! I love this shoe store they just never have enough shoes in my size. I wear a size 9 1/2 or 10 and they sell those in no time. The good thing is you can special order at no extra charge and pick them up at the store to save on shipping charges! Well made brands. The staff is friendly and helpful with good quality training. Pricey but you get what you pay for.

I have shopped here for years. Every shoe I have is from here. Ive spent thousands of dollars. Ive left a 5 star review in the past. I'm crushed and disappointed that I'll never step foot in there again. Less than a month ago, I spent $153 on a pair of shoes that I wore 3 times when the sole completely came unglued. I brought the defective shoes back in to speak to manager and told it's out of his hands and people above him make the decisions so there's nothing that can be done for me due to the "no return policy in effect with Covid". So the shoe might be carrying Covid?? Ridiculous. How does that policy make any sense with a defective pair of shoes? He suggested I superglue them back together. I asked if I could have a discount for a different pair of shoes and I'll try to superglue my $153 pair. He refused but said maybe the manufacturer will help me because manufacturers of other shoe brands have been helping other customers since store has the Covid no return policy. Sounds like an excuse to get out of good customer service to me. If I have to hunt down manufacturer, I might as well buy my shoes from them. What's the benefit of giving a local store business? I contacted the manufacturer who said the shoe had been discontinued since 2017. The store sold me shoes at full price that were discontinued 4-5 years ago so doesn't have a manufacture's warranty. The manufacturer was also appalled that the store would make no attempt to make it right from their profit by giving me credit to a local shoe repair shop or small discount as a gesture for a new pair of other shoes. Such as the discount they should have sold discontinued shoes to start. So I'm currently supergluing my shoes and researching a new place to spend my money. What a sad day. I miss the old manager. I feel sure she would have been creative and found a way to compromise something to make it right. I find it hard to believe they can't give me a small percentage off a new pair of shoes to keep my business when I'm taking the hit on the loss. And who are the idiots above the store manager who supposedly take service situations out of the manager's hands? Sounds like another excuse.

Suffering for over a year with plantar fasciitis. I brought in the $180 shoes I had been fitted with and right off the bat Sheila was able to point out everything that was wrong with the fitting of the shoe. She measured my foot, brought out several pairs to try, stating I think this is going to be the best. Tried them on and sure enough she had the right shoe. They offer a wear for 7 days and return if it doesn't work. Within that first week, my foot was improving, and now 3 weeks later I have canceled my podiatrist follow up. No more pain.

Foot Solutions is a store like no other I have experienced. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. But let me share with you how they go the extra mile. The shoes I wanted were Oofos, a shoe for people with plantar facitis. I got my first pair for Jazz Fest and was leaving for a Disney trip and wanted more. I had to get one pair ordered and the request was made for delivery before my trip. When the store manager called and found out they were not going to make it to the store in time she called me and offered me another pair, any kind I chose, free of charge. To me, that is going above and beyond the expected practices. What a great place. And Oofos have helped my feet tremendously. Thanks.

The oofos shoes have changed my life! Never have I had a shoe that fits my foot perfectly and conforms to my shape. I work long hours and am on my feet all day. I don’t have sore feet at the end of the day like in the last. Plus they don’t hold odor and are easy to clean. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I limped into the store today to purchase a boot for my aching foot. The young man there stopped everything to help me. He didn’t sale the boot I wanted because it required a doctor’s prescription. So instead of letting me leave in pain, he called a local podiatrist, scheduled an appointment for me and now I’m out of pain and feeling truly blessed. Great store with wonderful workers that care!

I developed a foot problem 5 years ago. I was introduced to Beth Lachin and visited her store and was fitted for shoes that not only solved my foot problems, but they were the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn because I am on my feet all day. Always very helpful and understand your needs. Reasonably priced and very convenient hours. I have been shopping here for years and get a lot of compliments on my shoe styles.
