I went there 06-17-2019 to look and buy some puma rs-x toys which no footlocker was selling in stores but i went anyways and asked. Was told they were all sold out but i could buy them online at the counter with free shipping. So i did and one day later today 06-18-2019 i already got them to my door! I was not expecting shipping that fast! it was better than going to their website. The staff were great and helped alot!
First footlockers of a replace where do exercise a push myself to my limit where I need to find the right shoe for my own footprint so pretty much definitely like their bios always have a limit to start writing a different material shoes and I can possibly imagine they look for footlocker on the edge of the world and pretty much any sound good pair of shoes can push me to distance to my limit you’ll be my steppingstone am I step in ground to be more capable of running and type in different shoes that made me go super fast
Went to the FL @ PG plaza for my brother to try on shoes, and the people working there were phenomenal. Customer service was top notch! We were warmly greeted when we came in and soon after JOHN came up to us letting us know he was an earshot away if we needed assistance. When we requested a few sneakers to try on he brought them over promptly, loosened the laces and positioned the shoe for my brother to try on without a struggle. He gave us some feedback on which shoe was most appropriate for the type of comfort and stability we were looking for. JOHN even looked online for other stores that might have a bigger size for a better fit and told us about shipping options. Overall a five star experience at this store with people who know how to do their job well. I'm definitely coming back here soon!
I just received an email about a “recent purchase” I made. I live in Florida & was not in Maryland today or have ever been. It says the transaction was done with a cashier name Monique H. I’ve called the store 6 times within the past hour and have yet to get an answer! This is identity theft. Y’all need to check I.D. Cards. I no longer even feel safe to do business with you guys.
Usually at all the footlockers I go to they speak as soon as you hit the entrance. I guess this one they too good. I walked around trying to ask a question about some shoes I was going to return this guy said I didn't get the shoes from footlocker maybe I got them from champs. I'm like wow. Even with the receipt he still denied I got them from here. No worries I wont step foot back there. Its definitely not worth it
Great staff. My visit was great thanks to Fantasia, Madison, and Sierra. Fantasia really took the time to help me and look for my item! Madison was learning on the fly and was doing a great job.
I had previously ordered a pair of shoes online and had them shipped to store at another location however, when I tried the shoes on they were too small. I returned them and decided to buy them in a store so I could try them on first this time around. The only store that had the shoes in stock was The Mall at Prices Georges location. Upon entering the store, a sales person greeted me and told me where I could find the shoe I was looking for. I walked over and shortly afterwards someone asked me if I needed help. I give her the shoe and told her the size I wanted. She came back and provided me with one shoe and took the box with the other shoe and walked away, very strange. I guess she assumed I was going to steal the shoes. As I proceeded to the cash register to pay for the shoes, I told them I would be using my Army veterans discount. The shoes were priced at $129.99 however, I noticed the register price showed up at $150+. I then asked why are the shoes showing $150+. The manager over heard me ask and he said that I have to pay the higher price in order to get the Army veteran discount and that if he sold me the shoes for the advertised price and applied the discount he would be fired. I then told him that this was not a new purchase for me that in fact I recently purchased the same shoes for the same price and received my discount no problem. He then told me I should go and buy the shoes in the same method I did before to get them for that price and that it was against store policy to do that. I left and I did just that and got the shoes for the lower price and discount. I did have to wait an additional week to get the shoes and wasted energy, effort and gas to travel to the store for nothing and I will never be returning to this location again. It’s just too many other options with better results.
I bought my grandson some tennis shoes.He wanted some boots but, the Nike boots didn't come in his size 91/2 men
So me and the Wife went shopping for the kids today so I chose the jumpman team 2 Jordans size 5c at 55$ bucks and a nike foamposite for 75$ got home tried the foams they fit like a charm so we're not even about to struggle and fit in to the smaller size Jordan so she says she would return them later that day after getting the older sibling which she did so about 7:47pm just in time and they offered some of the money and a 30dollar gift card cause she didn't have the credit card which the receipts states that one hundred dollars was paid in cash while the other thirty seven dollars and change was paid wit the credit card. I was upset by this because it's the only trust worthy store on returns within that mall considering the receipts stating no refunds exchange only in most stores threw out pg plaza. I just wish for better Customer Service there before it ruins the trust of other's.
Went to PG Mall location the day after Christmas to make an exchange but store didn’t have shoes in stock- Monique who wasn’t my cashier stopped the The person who was helping me from putting the money back on My credit card because I didn't use the same card to make the purchase online- the instructions on the label only states to return the shoes just with the purchase label on the box. It doesn’t say to bring the original credit card with you for a return - now days as long as you can show proof that it’s your card and your name is on the box-stores will ask for any credit card to put the payment back on- when i told Monique that the instructions doesn't state to bring the original cc she said well i know the policy- my question to her was, why didn’t the other cashier know the policy bc she clearly was refunding my cc with the card I handed her- We left store to purchase shoes from champs and there I shared my experiences with the cashier- he said all she had to do was give us a Giftcard- Monique did call foot locker to schedule the return through the mail- i will get money back on my card in approximately 3-5 days which is unacceptable to me because the policy doesn't state that if you Dont have cc in hand it will be mailed back to warehouse before a refund is issued- I will not be shopping at this location ever again!!
