Shoe City

Talk about great service. Several associates spoke to us as soon as we walked in, making me feel very welcome. Throughout the shopping experience, everybody was helpful, informative and checked on us and everybody else regularly. This is the way a shopping experience is supposed to be. You only lost a star because you tried to get me to pay a price not marked on the tag. It was resolved. But this made me remember the days when shopping was fun and people engaged with each other. Make you wanna spend $$$$$$$$ KEEP IT UP.

Extremely ghetto place to shop, don't shop here! Bought a coat and left with buzzer ringing, patiently went into all the reasons they should take off their theft detectors. I leave the store to find yet another theft detector device on the coat. There is a Renee there and the the District Manager, please don't hire them anywhere else. Super ghetto and felt I should spend my time and money for their mistakes. After going to gym on some days in the mall I had to wait two hours before they opened with nowhere to sit after the District Manager did not return my call after three four days. Let's take them off the map!

V ghetto would not recommend. No one here acted Ike they actually wanted to be helpful. Customer service was nonexistent.

My wallet and phone got stolen on May 11th, 2019, in Temple Hills, MD. I find it suspicious that the criminal 1st purchase was at the Shoe City Store # 284 in Hyattsville, MD. The criminal was able to spend over $700.00 off my debit card at this location. So either the person that stole my card was 40+ yrs old, 275 lbs, 6'3 and looked just like me or the cashier just matched the names on the license and debit card. I think the cashiers need to do a better job of verifying ID's with the credit card purchases because I'm certain the person that was able to spend over 800.00 of my money, may have looked nothing like me or fit my physical description.

My experience at this location was awesome and smooth sailing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, organize, clean. Customer service was amazing I am recommending to everyone & this location earn 5 stars!!

It was good customer service, have variety of different current stuff. I encourage yu to go n visit.

Shoe City is my shoe store. This store has had every shoe that me and my grandkids wanted.

Like going here looking for sales and I love the fact they do layaway too.
