Forest Hills Terrace Apartments

This place is not what it is cracked up to be. The walls are paper thin. Getting maintenance to do their job in a timely manner is a hassle. The roaches, water bugs, mice and rats are out of had. I been trying to find another place to go. It was fine as a starter apartment but not a long term deal.

Excellent customer service, Yoni was great! Made the move in process a breeze! Brand new kitchens and clean bathrooms.

Under new management by Forest Hills Group, the maintenance team fixed my decaying ceiling, the apartment building door finally has a proper lock and they put cameras in the building. Things are definitely looking better than they did in the years prior.

Is and ok place to live temporary, parking is horible ,the building I live in the people leave the main door open and when maintenance fixes the door they brake it againg and my upstairs neighbor well more like a horse has no consideration when walking so If is temporary is good if not dont bother
