EXTREMELY distressing to deal with. Answering machine wouldn't allow me to leave a message, and then I was hung up on. I tried a little later and a man answered, before I even spoke, he hung up. I called again and was able to ask if it was the right business, and was told yes and asked " what do you want?" Aftwr that I told him he was rude and that I was going to write this. So I did. I figure these happenings in life deserve better than some dude snapping at you. Go somewhere else.

Losing a beloved pet is an extremely difficult experience. I was very unsure of how to proceed; however, after a quick Internet search I located Forever Companions Pet Loss Services run by Rob Sagarino. Mr. Sagarino was kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the process that his service provides for deceased animals. After taking the necessary information, he arrived quickly at our house, retrieved our precious Cairn Terrier and completed all the arrangements. He provided us with a beautiful urn, a lock of her fur, a paw print and a complimentary sympathy floral arrangement -- all for a very reasonable price. During such an incredibly emotional time, it's nice to know you can depend on someone to take care of these things for you. I highly recommend Mr. Sagarino's service to all those who consider their pets family members and wish to treat them with the same care and respect that humans receive after their passing.
