My mother, my best friend in the world passed away recently and it's been the most difficult time in my life to say the least. Fred Mills of Schlitter was very sensitive to this and never made it feel like "just business". He was super patient with my wanting everything perfect and very understanding when I changed my mind on some details a couple of times. Pricing, service and timing was excellent. The headstone ordered and placed is stunning. I requested a very detailed engraving on my husband's headstone and it turned out beautifully. Fred at Schlitter Monuments was so helpful and easy to work with. He managed all the processing and requirements of the cemetery. Can't speak highly enough of this company and their services.

I want to share my experience in dealing with Fred Mills of Schlitter Monuments. We had a number of meetings with Fred with different designs and layouts. After 2 months we made our final decision. On each of the occasions, Fred could not have been more helpful, understanding and patient. Each time we wanted to make changes, Fred would have a drawing done until we finally reached what my wife and I liked. He always either answered the phone or email when we had questions. When the monument finally arrived in late September, it was exactly the way it was suppose to be. Without a doubt, Fred and Schlitter Monuments is an exceptional business for those who need their services.

It was a very big pleasure to work with Fred Mills at Schlitter Monuments. I needed to have a monument placed on my husband's son's grave. I am in Oregon and we communicated easily and quickly using email. He was very efficient in providing me with drawings and when placed a photo of the monument.
