This company company has a strangle hold on rural communities, provides sub par services, is consistently slow or otherwise has non-existent internet service, has never done anything to make their services better, and the consumers are unaware simply because they have never had service elsewhere and are unaware of what the rest of the world considers as a standard. Better off using the pony express instead of these clowns for an ISP.
