Customer from Northeast Nebraska. I used to love the internet provided. I used to recommend them to everyone in my small town. But the last two years it's become incredibly inconsistent. My speed is supposed to be 8mbps. Which in 2016 is borderline unusable. It reminds me of the dial-up days. It drops in speed frequently. My ping spikes after about a day of use. It spikes to over 1,000ms. I then have to unplug the ancient modem to reset it. I've had a technician here a few times. I've eliminated any possible areas that could cause speed problems. Such as unused cables and unnecessary splitters. I've requested a new modem a few times. But they keep giving me the same 15 year old modem. I'm only giving them 2 stars because the technicians and people I talk to on the phone are super nice. I just don't understand why higher speeds and better modems aren't offered. I know cable is capable of much higher speeds than 8mbps. I'm currently looking at other options. But where I live my only other real choice is centurylink dsl. Which my parents have and it's absolutely horrible. Sadly, I can't recommend this ISP anymore.

Subscriber from north central nebraska. Random outages are common. Several visits from techs change nothing. Customer service treats you like an idiot and thinks the solution to everything is to unplug everything from the wall and plug it back in. If that doesn't work it's your router settings. I'm fairly convinced they throttle data.
Avoid.

It's the only game in town. The customer service is top notch but bandwidth is lacking, connectivity can be spotty, and pricing is not what I would expect for what you get.

Horrible internet speeds. Don't bother trying to watch YouTube.
