Fort Walton Beach Bus Station

The five stars are for the service the employee on duty, Mr. S. Gibson provided for us. Hurricane Irma mandatory evacuations caused delays in the bus schedules. He persistently tried various routes, in order to meet the needs of the passengers to arrive at their first destination. We ended up having to drive to the first destination, only because the bus wasn't going to make in time. He empathized with the situation of 3 passengers, who were dependant on the bus being in time in order to make it in time to the second bus. We worked it all out. Good Job, Mr. Gibson!!

I called in and Shane answered all of my questions proficiently. He was very polite and patient and helped me out with everything I needed. They Lie this is a Horrible greyhound station Horrible

Bus left ridiculously early than the designated departure.Then the station proceeds to close 30 mins before the posted closing time on the door.I call The Greyhound Hotline and they said they will give me a refund but it'll take 7-14 BUISNESS DAYS.It took them less than a minute to take my money but takes them a week or 2 to give it back.Horrible situation caused by an incompetent station.
