Four Seasons Nail Salon

This salon is the best one I've been to in years. It's sad that some need to make up lies about things that should not be taken lightly. IE - blood. I have been getting my nails done for years, the better part of 10 faithfully at Four Seasons, and I have NEVER witnessed anyone being able to bleed "all over a table" let alone a nail tech putting someone's blood on their own clothing. Come on! "Management" treats every customer like a life long customer. First time customers included. This salon is always clean, everyone is professional and they are tended to in the order they arrive. Appointments are also accepted. If you don't want to wait, make an appointment. They rarely run behind and if and when they do, it's 10-15 minutes and they tell you ahead of time. Definitely better prices, nail technicians AND customer service skills than the "other salons."

I love this nail salon have been going there for years. The people who work there r so nice and friendly and Kim is the best! My acrylics stayed on for two months before I had to take them off for work.Very clean inside and prices r very affordable. Huge selection of colors.Would recommend to everyone.

Been going here for over 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! We recently moved an hour and a half away and I still trekk down every 3 weeks to get my nails done here. Thanks for always being awesome!

Amazing, as always!! They do a great job. Never chip or break my nails. They aren't pushy. The best!

I developed a rash around my nail beds. They do not clean their tools at all. There was blood on the table that she wiped with her gloved hand and did not change her gloves she wiped them in her pants. I asked her to change them and she said oh no it's ok it was polish!!!! No it was not it was blood I know what blood looks like! I got up and left and then when I called back to complain to management, she yelled at me in front of customers I'm sure and her employees that I was treated that way on purpose because I had canceled my appointment twice which I called each time to reschedule with more than an hour notice. Horrible customer service. They are constantly on their phones going into the back and they only care about their regular customers and show favoritism to them. If they walk in when you do, and there's no appointment for either of you, they will take their regular customer over you it's happened 2 times to me and I only kept going back because it was right up the street from me. They are dirty, unprofessional, and down right rude and nasty. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They accept walk ins and tell you it will be quick and you end up waiting over an hour sometimes. This was your warning.
