Kim's Nail Salon II - New Jersey

I tried this place for the first time after seeing the positive reviews. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. First, I was left waiting almost 30 minutes even though I had set an appointment. The person that ended up helping me start my pedicure was the same person that had just been sitting there without a customer the entire time. He did an ok job, but then an older woman came and took over. She was so rough and hurt me as she cut 2 of my nails too short. I have never been in pain with a pedicure and manicure. She was rough and bossy. I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks and I will never go back to this place. I highly suggest you don't either! Plenty of other places to go.

I looked at the review how wonderful the staff is and how they do such a great job. I always get my nails done at manahawkin. I've never written a bad review on anyone, this is my first and I gotta say...I had such an awful experience there. When they called me over, the guy ask me fill or new set, fill I answered and he rolled his eye at me and nodded his said no, like as if I said something bad. Second, he didn't do what I asked for for my nails not even with a picture he couldn't do it. Third, more people were coming in so he rushed to do my nails and was there for like 15 mins, my nails look crappy! Save your money.
