Ever since they moved to Malaga the service has been horrible!!! i've went to them for 6 years and never really had a problem with them until they stopped caring about loyal customers and just worried about making money and just taking more and more customers in and rushing the ones who had appointments out. Going to the nail salon you want to feel relaxed and not rushed but no matter what time you made an appointment they were either late or you would have to wait or be rushed out just so they could take another customer. The last time i went there i got one of the newer girls and was not pleased that the owner wasn't able to take me after she was late to the last appointment i made a week before so i left and i came back a week later to have them tell me she is feeling sick and can not do my nails so i let some one else do them and of course she rushed me, didn't talk to me or even asked me how i wanted my nails done, I had to tell her and she got a attitude with me right away when i was explaining to her the shape i liked. After i told her that i felt really uncomfortable being there, she did not acknowledge me the rest of the time there she did such a bad job that they chipped in 3 days. i message the owner and they were nothing but rude to me i sent them pictures of what my manicure looked like and they did not seem to care she told me she could fix them if i came back i was ok with that i asked her if she could take me a certain day and it took her a 4 days to reply back to me she asked if i could come in now..... like people don't have a life? asked her if the next time i come in if they can just give me a gel polish free of charge no manicure or anything just a polish changed and they said they can't do that.... after being a loyal customer for 6 years you couldn't waived the fee to make me happy and be wanted at your salon? and i was planning on getting a pedicure that day as well so they ended up losing my business for good over a manicure that should of been fixed right away! after complaining and threatening them that i would go to the better business bureau they refunded me my money back. They even lost my friend as a customer as well. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I hope you guys will start caring about the loyal customers first.

Horrible. They charged $28 for a 15 min pedi never in my life have I had 1 that fast my edges of my feet were not done and left worst than when went in. They don’t have any nude colors for weddings that is unheard of. I was an 1130 appt and they took me 10 mins late then left me sitting after pedi because they had a 12 appt!!! Are you kidding me? So when their 12 called at 1210 and said she was going to be another 20 mins late they take me for a refill again so rushed never cleaned the backs of my nails never had md wash my hands after all the drilling dust. My nails were never filed on the corners the middle dips down and the edges stick up they look like devil horns it’s actually the worst nail experience I’ve ever had I will bever go back and the friend that drug me there will never go back either. Awful!
