If you haven't had the pleasure of working with these folks, you really should give them a chance. I'm brand new to the world of modular synths and Joe has been a wealth of knowledge. We've sent a lot of emails back and forth and not only does he answer my questions but you can tell how into it he really is. I've never felt like they're talking down to the new guy, trying to sell me anything I don't need, or feel like I'm bothering them. Instead I just get the impression that they love what they do and sell, and they want to share that with others.

Really nice people. They also have a great selection of hardware. This place is much better then guitar center or music go round.
