Francis & Sons Car Wash

Avoid this place like the plague! Paid $40 for a hand wash for my truck. Exterior was decent. However, they did not touch the interior except for a vacuum. Dust and dirt everywhere. Sand still in the cup holders from a Mexico trip. For $40 I would expect at least a once over with a cloth for the interior.

Professional and courteous. They leave my cars, trucks, and SUVs looking and smelling like they were fresh off the lot. Well worth the yearly membership if you find yourself on the fence concerning such matters.

Half of Wednesday! Super great! And they helped me fix my windshield so easily! Double thumbs up!

Not overly impressed. Had to re-clean my car myself. Dash wasn't wiped off. Exterior had water marks.

WATCH OUT FOR THIEVES AT THIS LOCATION !!!!!!! Like my brother in law said, my wife and I were their this morning to have one of our trucks washed, then went straight home and when we got home the keys to my work truck were missing from inside of the truck we just got washed. I called immediately to the car wash to ask if anyone had turned in some keys and the reply from the lady who answered the phone was no. We looked for hours and I called back after 4 hours and they said no keys have been turned in. My wife and I go back to the car wash and my wife confronts the same lady that’s was their when we washed our truck and a manager. She tells them that we are going to turn this over to our insurance and call the police to make a report. While my wife is inside talking to them I was sitting in my truck watching another manager talking to the same two guys that worked on our truck. That manager walks back into the shop and asked my wife if the keys he had was hers and they were. My wife comes out with the keys and I walk back in to confront them and they said that they just found the keys laying on the ground 15 minutes ago. They lied to my wife and me and this was MANAGEMENT cause I saw the two guys hand the manager the keys!!!! So if MANAGEMENT is ok with stealing items from your vehicle and you like to have things stolen from your ride and have MANAGEMENT lie to your face while you pay to have your ride washed, then this car wash is the place to go to!!!!!
