Was having an off day and totally didn't want to stop and get my car washed but I'm so glad I did.  The staff at Jackson's is always friendly but today they went above and beyond, I can't remember the guys name outside but he had a strong east coast accent.  He was hustling when I got there because it was busy but he still made time for friendly conversation and made me feel like an appreciated customer. But wait.....it doesn't stop there!! I walk inside and the cashier is seriously such a sweet heart!  Also,  I guess its half off car washes on Wednesday's or something so next time you're in need of a good wash go on Wednesday!!

Went to get my car wash at Jackson’s and I had the best experience there.  The staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. My  vehicle came out very clean and detailed. One happy customer

I had such a great experience here and I owe it to John. He gave me great services and didn't pressure me into adding other services or extras. He listened and executed with a smile. I really liked the service. I've been to other places and they are always trying to hustle you, but not here. Overall a great first impression. I look forward to returning soon.

Great service so far! Cashier was super friendly today. They make the process quick and easy. Definitely my preferred place for car washes

I paid $200 for a wash and detail. They had the car for almost 8 hours and claimed to have finished the work. The carpet was not clean, the windows were not clean, and they hadn't completed anything on the checklist. They refused to complete the work or provide a refund.
