Arizona Auto Wash Scottsdale

Update: I’ve gone back several more times to the car wash and have not been harassed since that first time below. I’ve since then updated my rating from 2 to 4. ———————————————————- I'm giving this place a 2 star review and here's why... my car came out clean and service was somewhat quick. Now some negatives - Poorly designed car wash. Can't tell where the entrance is. Can't tell where to pay or where to wait for your car. Just lacks flow and direction. This was my first time in and I was very taken back by how pushy the ticket writer was. He wanted to get my windshield replaced and I told him no about 7 times. I don't get it... Doesn't no mean no!? It was so annoying b/c he would not let up. I finally get past that, checked out and decided to check the google reviews while waiting to see if this was an isolated incident. Most of the reviews I read shows that this place and guy Brian is harassing other customers as well. I'll give this place one more shot just b/c I'm in the area often, but I'm not getting my windshield replaced by a car wash. I'll do this on my own time and through my insurance. I was very taken back by this man and this was my first visit!! Not a great impression. I'm hoping the owner reads the reviews online here. I will update my star rating if things change on the next visit.

Initially, I was a bit skeptical about getting my car detailed (inside and out) because it was so pricey. My car is 9 years old and has never been professionally cleaned on the inside, so although I take pretty good care of it the floors and seats were faded, dirty, and to the point where I could not clean them and make them look decent. They called me after 2 hours and my car was SPOTLESS. Like, I just got it from the car dealership. I mean, no stains, not even a speck of dirt. I was in awe!! My car has not been this clean since the day I got it. Would recommend 100%!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I had came in recently for a raincheck and someone had looked through my bag and stole my glasses case. I luckily had my sunglasses on me at the time. But I will never go here again due to dishonest employee's. It sucks because they're service has been great before...

While the wash itself was ok, thier willingness to have Hawks of dishonest business stalking you when you pull up is obscene. The wash is responsible as not only do they allow it but they approve of these people. The glass repair entity is a complete bait and switch. They had me do an approval call on soot, set appointment , didn't show and when I called them , they told me it wasn't approved and would need to do another approval call. Dishonest business, occupied my schedule and the attempted to get a 2nd approval. Do not use the wash or this glass company period! !!!

Do not go to this car wash! You will be left frustrated and disappointed, not to mention cleaning your own car at home because they did a terrible job. It's close to my house so I've given them 5 chances. Every time it is so regretful. So sad!
