Five Star Car Wash

Paid for the vip car wash. It was the middle of the day and they weren’t busy. All they did was a basic wipe down of the inside and outside. same thing I could’ve done at home within 5-10 minutes. Only go here if you’re looking for a quick spray and wipe down go here. If you actually want a car wash go elsewhere.

Surprised to see some negative reviews about this car wash. I've been going here for about 6 months and have yet to had any sort of issue/concern. I get the VIP wash each time, with tip comes out to around $25. They vacuum and wipe down the interior while they hand wash the exterior adding Rain-X to the windows and put a wax coating on my truck. They do a great job cleaning the tires and wheels leaving my truck looking spotless. I am there waiting a little longer than I would like, but that comes to show the quality and performance of the car wash, that they take their time and pay attention to detail.

Had them do an interior detail, but disappointed in the quality of service and lack of detail. I had to ask them to re-vacuum and clean obvious areas missed on the leather and interior. They had no problem doing it. Good customer service. For the price and time, it did not meet expectations

Today I went in for a VIP car wash because I saw so many positive reviews I thought I'd give it a try. The owners were nice but their staff does a terrible job. When I reviewed the job when I got home I found the back inside window as not done, vacuum job was mediocre (still a lot of dog hair and dirt on the carpets), the leather cleaner they use was still sprayed on my back seats, the front of my car still had lots of dirt/bug residue, water spots everywhere...I could have gone through a drive through car wash and gotten the exact same job. Very disappointed, I wanted to get a detailed job the next time I came to this facility but after seeing how much work they put in a regular was I'm weary to spend that kind of money for a detailed job. Based on reviews people say it's a hit or miss depending on the attendant. I will possibly return to give this facility another chance to see if this is accurate (My attendant was the same as a previous review, young guy who wears a hoodie and Bluetooth headphones).

This car wash is excellent. For a basic car wash, the guys vacuumed out my car. Gave it a through wash and dried it. They wiped down the steering wheel area. Then they used a finishing spray that left my old car looking amazing! Thanks Five Star Car Wash for doing such a wonderful job!
