Cobblestone Auto Spa - Gilbert: North Val Vista

My sister and I recently took our mother's van in to get the entire car detailed. We pulled up and was greeted by Julian. I let him know that we wanted to surprise our mom by getting the entire car cleaned inside and out. He instantly went to work on finding us a great deal and making sure the stains we had on the mats would come out. Robert and Dustin came over with great smiles and started cleaning on our moms van. My sister and I later met the manager Gustavo who was very kind and let us know our car was in good hands which it was. They all helped in their own way which made it feel comfortable going to Cobblestone. My sister and I then left to run some errands and we received a call saying the car was done. We came to pick it up as to find it wasn't only cleaned but it looked brand new! We surprised our mother and she couldn't have been any happier. While my sister and I were waiting to get the keys to our mom's van, we later met Fabrian who was also fantastic about letting us know about getting mine and my sister's car windshield replaced as we had a crack on it. We have been going to Cobblestone for quite some time and we are always satisfied with the great service and being welcomed with great smiles. I would highly recommend this place to others. Justin, Dustin, and Gustavo are absolutely amazing at the Cobblestone Auto Spa location on Val Vista and Baseline. My sister and I had a black stain on both the windshield and also on the front hood of our vehicle that we had no idea what it was or how to get it off. We were already planning on getting our vehicle detailed on the outside and inside and we were hoping that they would be able to figure out a way to get the black stain out. We were excited to hear that with a bit of hard work scrubbing using their detailing products that they would be able to get the stain out.

I had a complete detail done on my 2006 Nissan Frontier. The inside was totally trashed & disgusting from the previous owner as well as the outside of the vehicle. Gustavo, Ernesto & crew Totally, magically with all their hard work & talents made my vehicle look like it was Brand New!!! I am so impressed I give Gustavo & crew the highest recommendation. I was there a couple of months ago and I had my headphones in my car. My headphones were green beatz. After the wash I noticed that my headphones were missing. Someone that works within the company took them from my truck. I called the manager once I made sure the headphones weren't actually in the truck and I let the manager know what was going on. The manager told me he would review the cameras and call me back to date I have not received a call back. I will never go back to this location. Make sure if you are taking your car to wash with them you keep anything you value out of their reach .

Very friendly employees, fast service, and good quality car washes and oil changes. To start off Gloria is one of the best with customers, always willing to help and answer all questions with a HUGE smile on her face. The guys outside are quick and friendly, Joe and G, car wash managers, are so nice and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your car after they are done with it. I truly enjoy coming here and getting services done on my vehicle. I drive 20 mins to go to this specific location!! Thank you for this guys!!
