Hello, I have worked for Quick Quack for 4 months and I must say, we have really come a long way. Are top priority is to ensure that we load every vehicle safe and that you are satisfied as a customer. I read some of the reviews and would like to point out that we are new in Arizona and are swiftly growing every day. We see any review whether it’s positive or negative as informational and important. It helps us quickly seek out any minor set backs so that we can improve customer satisfaction and efficiency for our wash. As for being closed in the beginning when we opened, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We need to ensure the safety of your vehicle. If we cannot insure that  we temporarily shut down to make sure we are running optimal performance. We count on YOU and your feedback to help us be the wash we set out to be.

This was my first time here and I won’t be going back again. I purchased the “Best” wash for $19.99, my vehicle was still dirty after the wash, also still had soap and dirty water all over after the air dry. Left a residue all over my vehicle that looks horrible after drying. Wouldn’t go back to this car wash. I showed the the workers there and it was explained I could purchase another wash. 100% guarantee doesn’t really matter if the problem isn’t fixed. Wouldn’t return to this car wash. I can go somewhere else and get a better wash and dry for less then $10

The times I choose to do the BEST option and obviously expect more from it never happens. Leaves it worse. Didn’t wash off all the suds and chemicals so of course the dryer is going to dry it all on even though doesn’t dry well either. Their machine isn’t new since they bought the place from the Quick-n-Wash owners so of course they’re not going to update it. Nobody choose their BEST option it’s actually their WORST option. Whatever it dried on is HARD TO GET OFF. They should give free washes for what the machine leaves behind. By the way, the pure water or “Spot Free Rinse” they claim to use is false. I’m left with spots EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve never had these problems at the 3dollar car washes.

After 2 weeks of notifying the cat wash attendants that the soap is not being rinsed off, and after 2 calls to the corporate number, I canceled my membership.  I shouldn't have to go home and hose off my car after running it through on the BEST cycle.

Get the cheapest car wash if you visit here. This location has new ownership that “upgraded” the equipment. The new equipment doesn’t wash off all of the soap and then dries the soap onto the car.  Your car will come out with white dots and soap all over it, which you will spend 10 minutes scrubbing off of the car.   Under the old ownership, I visited this location three times a week (I have four kids). Never going here again.
