Was seeing the psych here, Dr.K, a few months before covid hit. Loved her, she was very compassionate & supportive. An assistant used to call after your appt to set up the next, she was also amazing and handled any issues with the pharmacy, etc. but that stopped about 1yr ago when Dr. K retired. Now I see NP Bebe who is also great. The ONLY real issue is SCHEDULING. Over the last 3yrs there's prbly been at least 5-6 sched. mistakes-I've made an appt & get told there's no appt scheduled when i show up or when no one calls. At one point this last year I ended up w/o my meds for about 3.5wks due to a miscommunication w/the pharmacy ... when I tried to speak to someone, the staff on the phone treated me as if I was drug seeking and didn't seem to care, it was pretty insulting & upsetting tbh. I know they see so many people and im sure they're overwhelmed & understaffed but Im a single mom who works FT, my mental health & wellness is really important to me. Since then there's been 2 scheduling mistakes but ever since that last time when i had to complain, staff on the phone have been very responsive and I was able to get help or get some kind of response or solution within 24hrs.

The worse clinic ever I went in for a walk in and 830, and didn't get called until almost 11am. Then to tell me they called the wrong person and that I have to go back in the waiting room. This is the most laziest clinic I've ever been too I would never go back here again. Einstein clinic on frankford ave are awesome

I have telehealth behavioral and psych and they never call me on my schedule appointments. It took months for these appointments to be made and they don't follow through. I'm extremely annoyed and upset that they play with individuals with mental illness.

They are very friendly and helpful... and they do a good job when you need something done or need to get seen

Nurses were very nice, at Lab.waiting time wasn't to bad!

I been here for over 6 months and I can not get an appointment, doctors have not called me back or for a scheduled appointment. My doctor whose name is on my insurance I can not set an appointment up with him?they schedule me with random drs that do not keep any appointments and front desk will not let me speak to anyone everytime i call im on hold or they try to explain what’s going on with phone calls like im 2 years old and there mess ups don’t happen it’s my fault? Like how is it my fault no one calls and im not allowed in to see a dr.

Used to be good. Set up a “tele health” appt. Never got a call.

The customer service in this office is so unprofessional and insincere. My friend who deals with a lot of anxiety and depression was trying to get the primary care that she needed to start her mental healthcare journey to better her life. They canceled 2 of her appointments and then put the wrong date for one her appointments, while there was proof of the correct appointment from a text confirmation she had received. I overheard how they were speaking with her on the phone specifically saying “ I know there’s many things wrong with you, but what’s the top 3”. That is the most ignorant and uneducated thing I’ve heard a customer service rep say that works in a health care office especially when my friend said she is dealing with anxiety and depression. I am a Health care worker myself and you should never treat a patient in this way. You don’t know what patients are going through mentally and it is absolutely unprofessional and should not be allowed in a healthcare office. Period

Worse place ever I have been scheduled for 3 Teladoc appointment for my mom, She suffer from mental illness .. and no one ever called me.. On the 3rd appointment I called in two hours before my mother appointment asking them are you going to call this time YES SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU Guess what? NO ONE CALLED, Worse place.. Seek help from somewhere else this place is unprofessional…

This is NOT my first choice. The staff as you enter guard & front desk awesome an friendly. The staff to do the intake process not as friendly or helpful. She made ny experience stressful over paperwork issues for my foster daughter. The kids visit was great after the paperwork issues.
