Not the greatest parking situation, and getting through the phones can remind one of "wanting to buy concert tickets in the 1990s," but otherwise, the staff here is very knowledgeable, and the doctors listen to your concerns.

Tired to get an appointment for a pre surgery visit. Needed blood work, etc to get cleared. Was on hold over 20 minutes to even speak to someone. Never got thru... now my surgery got cancelled ~ needless to say I’m looking for a better, more professional office - specifically somewhere where the staff answers the phone.

Dr. Brand is the best primary care doctor i could ask for. Always able to a way to tell me what i need to change or how to take care of what ails me and in such a way that you feel motivated and not feeling like you should have known better.

Unfortunately I can’t even get through to make an appointment. You get put on hold for 20 minutes just to be hung up on. I haven’t been to the doctors in years but have had this office as my primary since I was a little kid. I guess I’ll find a new doctor.

My mother recently moved in with me and I made the mistake and switched her pcp over to this office. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to schedule an appointment for over a month.
