Planned Parenthood - Castor Ave. Health Center

I've been waiting on the phone over 30 minutes, even though it said they would answer in 1 minute... I don't understand. But with a review telling me they don't answer calls anymore?? Should I just hang up? Terrible service.

Everyone was kind and patient. When I went in the summer there was no wait. Make an appointment if you are afraid of waiting.

I was early for my appointment and was still seem 45mins after my appointment time. Never had a bad experience with staff but they need to be more discreet with other patients information/business

HORRIBLE! From customer service down to the UNPROFESSIONAL wanna be doctors! They don’t know what they are doing ?! Dont waste your time here

Very rude I called and was hung up on after asking one question smh. I wouldn’t recommend going here they don’t care.

Very rude over the phone and short. Asked about the services they offered and was hung up on because they did not offer the services that I was asking about as if i was inconveniencing them with my question. The wait time to answer the phone was at least 20 minutes as if they were just avoiding answering the phone

It’s always a hassle to speak to someone. Was on hold for almost an hour. It’s ridiculous
