Absolutely wonderful company. They went out of their way and made sure our experience was nothing but great. During our trip with Franklin Charter, the driver/owner actually backed the bus 1.5 miles up an extremely narrow driveway to the destination we were going, as it was to small of an area to turn the bus around in and he did not want us to have to walk. They are an amazing family oriented company with a long background in the bus industry. I will use no bus company other than Franklin!
