Uptown Bus

Booked the onyx party bus for my birthday. We had a blast me and my friends. Could not have asked for a special birthday. Bus was beatiful; black on black. Very new. Our driver Sean was awesome. Definitely recommend.

Thank you uptown bus for making my visit to Washington D.C. so great. We had a fantastic time on your buses and will definitely be using your service again. Very professional drivers, we had 3 buses and all 3 drivers treated us royally. Very nice customer service and it’s worth every penny. Drivers and staff are very kind and friendly with the best prices in town. I strongly recommend uptown . And thank you for the great time on your beautiful buses. Plus, thank you for the best tour that I have ever had of Washington DC, Va and Md. Uptown Bus defintely rocks! We had an amazing time .

I used this bus for a wine tour to celebrate my birthday. Upon arriving I paid with a credit card over the phone and the lady who I spoke with was very rude, nowhere in the contract did it say I need to pay with cash. She ended up yelling at me because I used a credit card but this is the least of the issues. The bus driver told us that we had been granted an extra hour. All of us asked the bus driver if this was true and he replied that it was. When I got off the bus to my knowledge I had just paid $700 which is the amount that I had agreed to. But upon checking my bank statement I had been charged an additional $200 for the hour that the guy told me I had for free. I genuinely feel like this is a scam. I emailed with Robert who I thought owned the company for a few months about getting a refund but he told me I needed to speak to some woman named Tanya. I did eventually get Tanya on the phone and she told me that I would be getting a refund and Robert reassured me that I get the $200 refund since I was essentially tricked into staying on the bus longer with some bogus promotion I filed a complaint with my bank and it turns out that Tanya said I signed off on the charge which I had never done, I saw the bank statement where she sent them my signature. Now I can't get a refund because she fraudulently sign my signature and the deadline has passed for my bank so needless to say I would never recommend this bus company. sorry to Robert who is actually nice but everyone else who works in your company has no customer service and I feel like this is a scam. I will be posting this in other places and hopes of getting like $200 back. Please check out their yelp, all one star reviews.

Everything seemed like it was going well. They were friendly on the phone and had good prices. However I was extremely disappointed when the bus that arrived for my senior prom was not the bus that I had ordered. The bus did not have the features that I had paid for and by then it was too late for them to go back for the bus I had ordered.

I would like to thank you UPTOWN bus staff for making my husband 35th bday party an amazing experience.We chose their 40 passengers bus,and I want to be honest at first i was very skeptical about all this negative reviews but they prove me wrong big times. Special shout to Kara the customer service representative , and our driver Sean woooooooooow amazing guy, easy going, very helpful it was a pleasing experience and we all had so much fun. Thank you Uptown Bus we truly Appreciate
