Franklin Park

A really nice park. The area is well patrolled, and when the weather is nice it's packed. It has bathrooms, and picnic area, walking trail, baseball area, and a large field. Since it's so popular its get crowded as it's a popular place for sports practice. They could probably stand to expand parking

Wonderful small family park for walking, picnicking, playing games, flying kites, walking dogs. There are even doggy deposit bags supplied by the park (by the picnic tables)

Fantastic park in a great location. Easy visability and a variety of activities for a range of ages including adults. There is a very large field/green space, lengthy path and open, heated restrooms in winter are a huge plus.

Nicely sized park with good central amenities, nice shaded play area with unique water features for the summer. Parking usually not an issue, though may have to utilize parking along Roe if the main lot is full. Parents do note that there is a sand box, so be prepared to deal with a sandy child (or ensuring that they don't get in). Same about the water feature as children might get wet.

Nice city park. Shade around the play ground and open space too.
