MEAT & MOLD: Lunch meat section is full of mold. Seen this at a lot of Fred Meyers. Management is ignoring this toxic issue.

Thieves & Liars who will steal your money. Do not, I repeat do not ever buy Amazon gift cards here. Jessica, the front-end manager for Raleigh Hills will steal your money and blame it on a computer problem. Since July 21st, I have spent 6+ hours on the phone, 16 emails and many trips to the store and never had my stolen money returned. Even after being issued a case number and promised a refund, they did nothing. Thieves & crooks, better places to shop.

Service is fantastic! The remodel is stunning, my husband went in the other day to get some more toilet paper, he said a girl went out of her way to help him. The masking is sufficient. I ordered some produce from Instacart, I ordered Gala apples and and hour later I got Gala apples! The garden/outside place in the back is just awesome, that's where I got fresh roses My friend went there last week to pick up new eye glasses, the woman working there was super nice she said.

This review is specifically for Kim and Aukai spelling, sorry!. I had ordered a birthday cake for my child’s party that was accidentally made one size too small. The bakery was nearly sold out and the store sorely understaffed due to staff calling in, a problem that’s been rampant through the whole pandemic. Aukai and Kim came and helped creatively solve the issue of needing more cake. They graciously drastically reduced the prices and helped me carry the cakes through the store and even loaded them into a cart for me. They were extremely apologetic, kind, and patient the whole time, even though they surely were overworked and stretched thin over the holiday weekend and with staff shortages. I really appreciate their help and kindness.

This is one of the better Fred Meyer stores. It's true that the nicer the neighborhood, the nicer the store. This location is always well kept up and well stocked. Hopefully they soon replace the now closed Peet's coffee with another coffee stand. It also has the largest garden center in the entire chain. Just be careful in the parking lot. This store tends to attract a lot of senior citizens shopping here and have had a few near misses in the parking from those older people not seeing me.

pretty good store overall, the self checkout registers often have issues though. The last time I went there 2/6 of them were broken. The fresh bread is delicious, quality food here. Would definitely recommend this place, friendly staff too!

Always a pleasure to shop at this Freddie's, it's my go to place for darn near everything. Rewards program is awesome as I got $1.00 off per gallon of gas at Fred Meyer fuel. The more you shop and use your Rewards card the more perks you get. Receive coupons for stuff you actually purchase. Got a free bottle of Tropicana juice of my choice. Free is a very good price!

Generally enjoy this store and its staff, hence the overall 4-star rating I give it, but the hot-food counter at the deli is frequently a hot mess. There have been many times when I have stood there for several minutes just waiting for anyone to notice I was there. They also frequently let items run out before they make more. Today's particular fail was that there was one chicken tender - in the middle of the day on a Saturday - none in the hot case out by the front door, none in the cold case, and one at the counter itself. Everything else at the counter was looking pretty rough and overheated. It's almost like no one's actually running that counter. They just come check on it when they have a moment between doing other things. Why bother having it if you're not going to run it properly?

Been on hold for 30 minutes, they just keep picking up, not saying anything, then putting me back on hold. I'm only trying to find out if they have a certain item in stock because I've already been to 2 other feed Meyers and a target that say they have it in store on their appd but they didn't.

Bought 2 half gallons of simple truth 1% chocolate milk on Tuesday. Brought them both back on Wednesday because the date was expired. A little disappointed. Will be checking the dates more closely. Customer service is great! Other than the expired dates, I shop here a lot.
