Fresh point sucks your appointmentmeans nothing had a 10.00 am appt arrived at 7.15 am checked in at 7.20am here i sit at 12.20pm and the only thing they could tell me its gonna be awhile before i see a dock and i only have eleven pallets they fn suck i hate comming here avoid this place like plague

Most of time there fast at getting me in and out . Can park over night on the street

Lumper fees $$$$$, they take cash or check. No card. They were fast for me. Doors are tight and there is very limited parking on the street while checking in and waiting for a door.

Worst employees ever, you walk in and they don't acknowledge you until you get their attention. If you have an appointment it doesn't matter they will get to you whenever they want. On top of that they want to charge you to unload from $39-$200. They have electric pallet jacks and it takes then you to eight hours to offload. Just today I waited an hour to get my lumper receipt!
